This Privacy Policy explains how youvmerch (Westwood Global LLC) handles information submitted through shop.youvmerch.com (the order-request site).
What we collect
- Information you enter in the order request: your name and contact details, the artist/brand the order is for, shipping/billing address, and order specifications.
- What you enter in the order form before you submit it, once you have typed your email, including designs you upload, your notes and your shipping address, so we can follow up if you don’t finish. Your phone number and billing address are only kept once you submit. We never charge, invoice, or create an account from it.
- The ad campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm tags), and your answer to “How did you find us?” after you pay, so we know which ads and channels work.
- A random visitor id in a cookie on this site (kept for a year) and whether you first arrived from a Meta ad, so we can count how many visitors reach each step of the order form. It is not tied to your name, email, or order.
- Standard technical/log data (IP, browser, timestamps) to operate and secure the site.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta’s pixel to measure our ads: it records page views, starting an order form, submitting a request, and a paid order’s amount. We do not send Meta your name, phone, or address. Meta may use cookies under its own policy; an ad or tracker blocker stops it.
- When an order is paid, our server also tells Meta about the purchase to measure our ads: your email in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, the order’s value, the anonymous Meta ad cookies on this site, and your IP address and browser type. Never your card details.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotes and invoices, produce and fulfill orders, communicate with you, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us fulfill orders and run the site, including payment processing (Stripe), fulfillment (Shopify and shipping carriers), email (Resend), hosting/database (Vercel, Neon), and ad measurement (Meta, through its pixel and the paid order notice, as described above). They process data only to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep order and contact information as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal/accounting obligations, and run the business. Contact us to request access or deletion.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. If we email you about an order you started and didn’t finish, reply asking us to stop and we won’t follow up again. An ad or tracker blocker stops the Meta Pixel.
Children
This site is for business order requests and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
